Digital Download includes Digital and Printable Templates.
Due to the immediate access to digital download products, all sales are final and nonrefundable, we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent.

However, 7-day money-back guarantee on all items for the following reasons:
(1) Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
(2) Products not as described or major defects. Although all the products are thoroughly tested before they are released, unexpected errors may occur, please contact our support team at support@wisberr.com for such issues.
If any deficiency is acknowledged and we fail to correct it within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
Refund request must be submitted to refund@wisberr.com within the period of 7 days after the order is placed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please email refund@wisberr.com with your Order ID and reasons for the refund. The refund process will be confirmed within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get a refund ?
The refund will be processed within 7 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase. you’ll receive your return differently depending on the original payment method, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days. It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
