Wordpress Website Services
This Service Agreement governs the provision of WordPress website services offered by Wisberr. By proceeding with payment for any service package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.
These Terms are intended to ensure transparency, alignment, and a smooth collaboration between both parties. They form the basis of our working relationship and must be acknowledged by the client before any work commences.
1. Service Scope
We provide end-to-end WordPress website solutions including design, development, customization, and basic SEO setup. Service packages vary based on client needs and selected pricing plan.
2. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is clearly listed on our website and includes applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full (100%) in advance, once the lay out and delivery date is confirmed and prior to the commencement of website development. No work will begin without completed payment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on additional requirements.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the website has not been delivered. If cancellation occurs during the first half of the agreed delivery period, a 50% refund will apply. During the second half of the delivery period, a 30% refund is applicable. No refunds are issued after final delivery.
4. Maintenance and Support
These are provided free for the first 12 months. From the 2nd year onward, maintenance and updates are offered at an additional cost based on the selected service plan.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from website use, third-party service disruptions, or content changes made post-delivery.
6. Hosting
Hosting is provided free for the first year. Renewal fees apply from the second year onward.
7. Domain Registration
Domain costs are not included and must be covered by the client.
8. Timeline
Project timelines will be outlined in a proposal. Delays caused by incomplete client input or revisions may affect the final delivery date.
9. Revision Limits
Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Up to 3 major revisions are included in the base package. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges, agreed upon in advance.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding assets, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project progress.
11. Ownership & Licensing
Upon full payment, the client owns the completed website. Licensed themes or plugins remain subject to third-party terms.
12. Privacy
Client data and project information are treated confidentially. We never share or disclose information without consent.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.
By proceeding with payment for the agreed services, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined in this agreement. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and mutually approved.
