When you buy a customized service, it specifies a scope of services and it’s associated with a free editable template or a paid editable template.
When you buy a design service, it’s a end-to-end process, you will receive a custom design and unique identity created by professional designers.
Order
We have two kind of digital files :
Instant download: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you in some cases. You can find download links at (1) the order receive page (2) download notification sent to your email (3) download page in your Wisberr’s account.
Made- to-order download : Digital items that we will make to your specifications after you purchase them as estimated time in product description, you will receive a notification email to confirm when we will send your files to you.
To access your digital files from your account: sign in to Wisberr.com and go to Downloads on the left column, you will see all files attached to your orders.
Check your email junk folder for your order confirmation email. If it can’t be found, please contact support@wisberr.com.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.

Due immediate access to digital products, we generally offer no refund, exchange or return once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. We kindly recommend that you review and understand this policy before making any purchase on our site.
However, 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans are accepted at refund@wisberr.com, and must be submitted within the period of 7 days after the order is placed, for the following reasons:
(1) Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
(2) Products not as described or major defects. Although all the products are thoroughly tested before they are released, unexpected errors may occur, please contact our support team for such issues.
If any deficiency is acknowledged and we fail to correct it within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
