How to Request a Refund?
To be eligible for a refund, refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your access credentials. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please email us at refund@wisberr.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. We’ll confirm the refund process within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get a refund ?
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase, you’ll receive your return differently depending on the original payment method, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days. It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
